JCPA ANNUAL BEST COMPARATIVE ARTICLE AWARD AND BEST REVIEWER AWARD 

The JCPA and ICPA Society extend the Annual Award for the Best Comparative Article in the JCPA in line with the mission statement of advancing high scholarly standards and significant contribution to the field. We extend to the winners a Certificate and a monetary award. The articles are adjudicated by an International Adjudication Committee.


JCPA Annual Best Comparative Article Award 2024

The JCPA and ICPA Society are pleased to announce that Doctors Francesco Pasetti, Catherine Xhardez, Verena Wisthaler, Carmine Conte, and Giacomo Solano have won the JCPA Best Comparative Article Award 2024 for their article “An Indicator-Based Approach to Comparative Policy Analysis: Measuring Regional Governance of Migrant Integration”, published in JCPA Volume 26, Issue No. 6. The article was selected by the International Adjudication Committee for its novelty, methodological rigor, and insightful results. The authors’ unique approach to studying policy change over time is a significant contribution to the field of comparative policy analysis.

JCPA Annual Best Reviewer Award 2024

JCPA Reviewer Award recognizes excellence in peer review. The criteria include:

  • Eligibility: Reviewers must have been invited to review at least one article for JCPA in 2024.
  • Quantitative Metrics (50%): Completion rate, efficiency (review time compared to the journal average), and frequency of accepted reviews.
  • Qualitative Assessment (50%): Feedback length, detail, and usefulness; alignment with JCPA’s aims and scope; tone and professionalism.
