The International Conference on Comparative Public Policy Award

JCPA AWARD FOR THE BEST CONFERENCE PAPER
IN COMPARATIVE POLICY RESEARCH

The prestigious JCPA Award for Best Comparative Conference Paper is awarded at the annual conferences of 10 International Associations. It aims to recognize outstanding research on comparative policy analysis. The papers presented at the Beijing conference  will  be reviewed by the members of an International Adjudication  Committee comprising of leading scholars in the field,  who will identify and decide on the winning paper. The awardee will be extended an Award Certificate from Routledge, JCPA and the Society for International Comparative Policy Analysis as well as an $1,000 monetary grant at the closing ceremony of the conference. A Certificate of Excellence will be extended to the runner up by the conference host, Tsinghua University.

To be shortlisted, please submit your abstract by December 31, 2023 and indicate so in the abstract submission form. Decision on abstract shortlisting  will be announced by January 31, 2024, by email. If shortlisted, candidates should submit a full manuscript – along with a cover page with the author’s name, institutional affiliation, mailing address, and email address –  by February 29, 2024, to allow sufficient time for review by the Adjudication Committee. Candidates must be registered  and present the paper in-person at the conference.
